The liquid phase thickening technology device can improve the quality of PET polyester waste (bottle sheet, diaphragm, bubble material, low viscosity pulp block) melt, and can produce high-grade polyester filament staple fiber, packing bag, recycled slice, polyester film and other products, which can achieve bottle to bottle, silk to silk, cloth to cloth, and improve the recycling utilization rate and quality of resources.
Working principle of liquid phase thickening
Liquid phase viscosifying means that the viscosity of PET polyester melt can be increased by special working conditions under the molten state of PET polyester, and polyester melt with higher viscosity can be directly produced in one step. This technology can replace the whole plant of solid phase polymerization (SSP) with one reactor, thus greatly reducing the investment and operating costs.

Because the source of polyester recycled material is more complex, its composition is difficult to ensure consistency, the viscosity of the melt in the production process fluctuates greatly, in order to stabilize the viscosity, the reaction kettle is stirred at a certain speed to run evenly, so that the internal melt is fully mixed.
removal of low molecular substances
Because the polyester re-polymerization is carried out under high vacuum (<150pa), the low molecular substances and additives contained in the raw materials will be pumped out at high temperatures, thereby improving the purity of the melt.

There are still a large number of hydroxyl and carboxyl end groups in the raw material molecules, and the catalytic system is still effective. Polyester melt can still undergo polymerization reaction between molecules in our liquid phase viscosity increasing reactor, and its molecular chain will continue to grow, and the intrinsic viscosity will continue to increase.

1. Melt filtration after screw
The melt filter after the screw extruder can initially filter the inorganic impurities in the raw materials, improve the purity of the melt, and facilitate the further reaction of the melt in the reactor.
2. Reaction kettle vacuum filtration
After the initial filtration of the polyester melt into the reaction kettle, under high vacuum, ethylene glycol, water, low molecular substances and additives from the melt into the vacuum system and removed.
3. Melt filtration after reaction kettle
The high-viscosity melt passes through the melt filter to filter the remaining few inorganic impurities to produce a high-purity high-viscosity polyester melt.
