Working principle:
This machine is a tank body. Steam or heat transfer oil can be introduced into the jacket to heat the inside of the tank. The heat is transferred to the wet material through the inner tank, so that the water in the wet material is gasified. The low-speed motor drives the tank body to rotate, so that the material is continuously turned up and down, inside and outside, and the heating surface is replaced. At the same time, the water vapor is continuously pumped away by the vacuum pump through the vacuum tube, thus speeding up and finally achieved.
Main purpose:
This machine is suitable for dehumidification and drying of heat-sensitive, low-temperature powdery and granular materials in the chemical fiber industry.

Features:

Because it is vacuum drying, it has a higher rate at a lower temperature, which is 2 times higher than the general drying speed, saves energy, and has high heat utilization rate. It is especially suitable for drying heat-sensitive materials and easy oxide materials.

• The material is mixed and dried in the rotation, and the material can be dried to a very low water content, and the uniformity is good, suitable for different material requirements.
