RO-Reverse Osmosis Water Treatment

 

  • The reverse osmosis device has the advantages of small volume, simple operation and wide application range;
  • With reverse osmosis device, the treatment of industrial water, does not consume a lot of acid and alkali, no secondary pollution, its operating costs are relatively low;
  • The desalination rate of reverse osmosis is ≥ 99%, and the desalination rate of the whole machine is ≥ 97%, which can effectively remove 98% of organic matter, colloids, bacteria, etc.
  • The conductivity of the produced water is good, the first grade is ≤ 10 μs/cm, the second grade is about 2-3 μs/cm, EDI ≤ 0.5 μs/cm (raw water ≤ 300 μs/cm);
  • The operation has a high degree of automation, no need for manual guarding, automatic shutdown when water is full, automatic startup without water, automatic air regular flushing of pre-crossing materials, automatic flushing of reverse osmosis membrane by IC microcomputer controller, and online display of conductivity of raw water and pure water;

Vacuum Homogenizing Emulsion Machine

  • The vacuum homogenization emulsifying machine produced by our company has diversified varieties. The homogenization system is divided into upper homogenization, lower homogenization, inner and outer circulation homogenization, and the stirring system is divided into one-way stirring, two-way stirring and spiral belt stirring. The lifting system is divided into single-cylinder and double-cylinder lifting, and various products that meet the requirements can be customized according to customer requirements;
  • Triple mixing adopts imported frequency converter speed regulation, which can meet the production needs of different processes;
  • The homogeneous structure of German technology adopts imported double-end mechanical seal effect, the rotating speed of the emulsifier can reach 3600 r/min, and the maximum shear fineness can reach 0.2-5 μm;
  • Vacuum defoaming production, and the use of vacuum suction, especially for powder materials using vacuum suction to avoid dust flying.
  • The main pot lid can choose a lifting device, which is convenient to clean and has a more significant cleaning effect. The pot body can choose to dump the material.
  • The pot body adopts a three-layer stainless steel structure, and the tank body and pipes are mirror polished, which fully meets the requirements of GMP. According to the process requirements, the tank body can heat and cool the materials. The heating methods are mainly steam and electric heating.

Fully automatic filling line

  • The automatic paste filling machine uses programming control (PLC) human-machine interface (HMI) technology and is equipped with South Korea imported photoelectric tracking switches. It is suitable for filling paste products produced in cream, oil, syrup, seasoning sauce, fruit juice and other industries. The filling nozzle automatically inserts bottles for filling, and quickly picks up to reduce bubbles.
  • The product integrates motor and pneumatic, with reasonable design, good stability, accurate quantification, glass table top, automatic bottle feeding, smooth operation without noise, electronic speed regulation of filling speed and filling volume, convenient disassembly and washing, and high work efficiency.
  • The whole machine includes: two to twelve filling heads, adjustable speed control conveyor belt, high-strength stainless steel frame, Japanese three-book touch screen, etc.
  • Characteristic configuration: effectively prevent dripping and wire drawing filling stuffy head, filling head number according to customer needs to add.
