一、使用前的准备

三、使用后复位
真空乳化机生产后的工作也很重要，容易被忽视。许多用户在生产后彻底清洁设备，但操作者可能会忘记复位步骤，这容易造成设备损坏或留下安全隐患。
1.排空各工艺管线中的液体和气体。如果采用管道输送的自动和半自动设备，管道内的物料也应按规定进行处理。
2.清理缓冲罐内的杂物，保持缓冲罐清洁；
3.清洁真空泵、止回阀等。真空系统(如果是水环真空泵，也请注意在下一次操作前的点动检查。
4.所有机械部件复位至正常状态，内锅和夹套保持排气阀常开；
5.在关闭总电源之前，先关闭每个支路的电源。
