The circumferential annular flow forces the material to exchange heat around the inner wall of the mixing container during the heating and cooling stages, avoiding damage to the material due to overheating or overcooling.

2.Emulsion tankFast Homogeneous Mixing System

1 The rapid homogenization and mixing action is completed by a turbine installed in the center of the tank bottom.

5 Equipped with a geared motor, using frequency conversion speed regulation, the speed is about 0-3000r/min, the characteristics of this structure to ensure a high degree of cleanliness of the processing process, because it is not affected by the motor flange connection, it will not cause pollution to the material. The turbine setup is easy to clean, maintain and handle. The bottom of the water tank is completely smooth, without wires, and easy to clean. A central valve (option) can be installed for discharge, with a higher safety factor. The mixture homogenization motor is installed in the upper part of the tank, away from the processing area. Strictly protect the safety of operators.

3. Emulsion Tank Heating/Cooling System

4. Emulsion Tank Vacuum System
