The working principle of high shear emulsifying machine;
1. One-time emulsification: After the material is sucked into the working chamber of the emulsifying machine, it is reintroduced into the stator from the radial direction under the action of centrifugal force. In the precise and narrow gap between the rotors, centrifugal force, extrusion, shearing and other forces are realized to emulsify the material first.
2. Suction: high-speed rotating rotor produces a strong centrifugal force, used to feed the material from the working head of the work chamber.
3. Extruding: The linear velocity of the outer end of the high-speed rotating rotor is very high, greater than 15 m/s, up to 40 m/s, and the homogeneous emulsified material is extruded from the stator slot.
4. Continuous circulation: the material is continuously squeezed under the action of radial force, and it is repeatedly circulated when it encounters the resistance of the inner wall of the container. After many cycles, the complete process of dispersion, homogenization and emulsification is completed.

First, to turn on the power supply, the ground wire of the high-shear emulsifying machine is connected reliably to ensure the safety of electricity. Otherwise, it will easily lead to disaster.
Second, turn on the power, we need to turn the homogenizing head of the high-shear emulsifying machine and observe the direction of the homogenizing head. From top to bottom, a counterclockwise rotation indicates that the power is connected correctly. If a clockwise rotation indicates a reverse power connection, you should reconnect the power.
Third, the homogenizing head of the high-shear emulsifier is strictly prohibited from idling without medium to prevent heating, burning out bearings, and deformation of seals.
Fourth, when vacuuming, be sure to fill the water tank of the vacuum pump to prevent the vacuum pump from idling. When starting the vacuum pump, check that all vacuum tubes are sealed to prevent air leakage and insufficient vacuum.
5. Before turning off the vacuum pump, first turn off the ball valve in front of the vacuum pump to prevent gas exposure. When the lid needs to be lifted, first open the air filter to make the pot body at normal pressure, and then the lifting operation can be carried out.
6. When the lid is not sealed, it is strictly forbidden to turn on the vacuum pump. If there are special needs, start for no more than three minutes to prevent damage.
7. When the material needs to be heated, first ensure that there is a heating medium in the jacket of the high-shear emulsifier to prevent dry burning and damage to the heating tube.
8. During the operation of the high-shear emulsifying machine, if there is an abnormal sound, immediately turn off the power, and the cause can be operated again.
