High shear emulsifiers are designed to rapidly and uniformly distribute one or more phases into another continuous phase, but in general, the phases are immiscible. Due to the high tangential velocity generated by the high-speed rotation of the rotor and the strong kinetic energy brought by the high-frequency mechanical effect, the materials are subjected to the combined effects of strong mechanical and hydraulic shearing, centrifugal extrusion, liquid layer friction, impact tearing and turbulence in the narrow gap between the stator and the rotor, so that the immiscible solid phase, under the joint action of the corresponding mature technology and appropriate amount of additives, is instantaneously dispersed, emulsified and uniformly and refined, finally, a stable high quality product is obtained through high-frequency circulation.

1. After the emulsification is completed, the emulsifying machine needs to be cleaned to maintain the working efficiency of the stator and rotor and maintain the emulsification secret seal. If necessary, design a set of cleaning circulation device near the periphery.

2. After the vacuum emulsifier confirms that the cooling water of the machine seal is connected, start the motor, and repeatedly require the motor direction to be different from the main shaft direction mark before operation. No reversal!

3. If liquid leakage is found at the shaft during operation, it is necessary to adjust the pressure of the machine seal after shutdown.

4. According to the different media used by the user, the import and export filters are cleaned regularly to avoid a decrease in feed volume and affect consumption efficiency. The material entering the working cavity is fluid, and dry powder material and caking material are not allowed to enter the machine directly, otherwise it will form a stuffy machine and damage the emulsifier.

5. It is strictly forbidden for metal chips or hard and non-fragile debris to enter the working cavity of the emulsifier, so as to avoid destructive damage to the stator, rotor and equipment during work.

6. Before manufacturing this high-shear emulsifying machine, formulate corresponding safe consumption operation procedures to ensure the safety of operators and equipment. Users should set up a safety maintenance system in the electrical control system, and have good and reliable electrical and motor grounding devices.

The stator and rotor of the vacuum emulsifier should be checked regularly. If excessive wear is found, the corresponding parts should be replaced in time to ensure the effect of dispersion and emulsification.

8. When using the emulsifier, continuously enter the liquid material or keep a certain amount in the container. To prevent the machine idling, so as not to damage the equipment due to high temperature or material crystallization and solidification during work!
