At the outer edge of the rapidly rotating rotor, a linear speed of at least 15 m/s and higher 40 m/s can be generated, resulting in strong mechanical and hydraulic shear, liquid layer friction and impact tearing, sufficient material, and simultaneous dispersion, emulsification, homogenization, crushing and injection. The emulsifier shears, disperses and impacts the material through the high-speed rotation of the homogenizing head connected to the engine, so that the material becomes more refined and promotes the fusion of oil and water, food sources, fruit juices and other ointments in the pharmaceutical industry. Emulsifiers are used in petrochemical products, paints, coatings and inks, mixing, stirring, dispersing, homogenizing, emulsifying and grinding applications in experimental or industrial production.
