The working process and principle of vacuum emulsifying machine:
Vacuum emulsifying machine refers to the material in the vacuum state, the use of high-shear emulsifier to quickly and evenly distribute one phase or multiple phases into another continuous phase, the use of strong kinetic energy brought by machinery, so that the material in the stator and rotor narrow gap, withstand hundreds of thousands of times per minute hydraulic shear. Here we talk about some matters needing attention in the use of vacuum emulsifying machine:
1. Cleaning: Emulsion machine and all equipment must be cleaned before use;
2. Commutation: Many equipment is particularly sensitive to commutation. Commutation is easy to cause the motor to burn out. Emulsion pumps are particularly sensitive to commutation, so special attention must be paid when using it, and the emulsion pump cannot be reversed;
3. When the vacuum emulsifying machine is running, dry powder, small solid and small block materials are not allowed to directly enter the pump body. The emulsified material of the emulsifying machine must be fluid, and the solid will make the emulsifying machine rotor stuck, causing the motor to burn out;
4. Leakage: When the emulsifier is running normally, pay attention to whether there is material leakage in the pump body. If there is leakage, stop the operation of the emulsifier and check and adjust the sealing device;
5. Idling; Idling is particularly easy to cause equipment failure, so remember that the equipment can be idling without instructions, and do not let the equipment idling;
6. Noise: If there is any abnormal sound during the use of the emulsion pump, it should be carefully stopped to eliminate the fault.
