The vacuum emulsifying machine adopts electric heating or steam heating. Generally, there are many customers who use electric heating. The electric heating method is a temperature control system composed of a temperature sensor heating medium layer and a heat insulation layer, which can easily and conveniently control the temperature without additional heating equipment, which can greatly reduce heating cost. When the medium layer is heated, different media can be selected according to different material processing temperatures. Commonly used ones are: water, heat transfer oil, etc. Let's take a look at the points of attention for heating and cooling.
1. Attention points for heating of vacuum emulsifying machine:
The pot body is heated by water bath electric heating, and the temperature rise is heated by the electric heating rod in the jacket through the heating medium, and water is generally used as the heating medium. Fill the jacket with water before heating (the steam outlet is full when water comes out, and the medium will overflow due to expansion during the first heating). Note: the exhaust hole should be kept unblocked, the exhaust hole is strictly prohibited from installing valves and blocking, and the exhaust port must be led to a safe place with hard pipes to avoid hurting people. Then add materials in the inner pot before heating. (Note: If the jacket is heated with water, water should be added frequently to avoid burning the electric heater after the water in the jacket is dried). (specific with the process requirements).
2. Attention points for cooling of vacuum emulsifying machine:
The cooling of the vacuum emulsifier generally uses tap water as the cooling water source (conditional users can use chilled water cooling effect is better). Open the water inlet valve and outlet valve, hold the opening and closing degree of the inlet and outlet valves to control the cooling water flow and achieve the cooling speed.
