2. check the stainless steel reaction kettle stirring motor, reducer, machine seal is normal, reducer oil level is appropriate, the reaction kettle machine seal cooling water supply is normal.
3. in the stainless steel reactor to ensure that no abnormal circumstances, start mixing, according to the prescribed amount of input materials. It is strictly prohibited to run the reaction kettle above 10m3 or the reaction kettle with bottom bearing. Only when the bottom bearing is immersed under the liquid level can the stirring be started.
4. strictly implement the stainless steel reactor process operating procedures, pay close attention to the temperature and pressure in the reactor and the reactor jacket pressure, it is strictly prohibited to overheat and overpressure.

8. stainless steel reaction kettle parking: if the power failure caused by parking, should stop feeding; feeding power failure on the way, should stop feeding, open the vent valve, water cooling. For long-term shutdown, the residual liquid in the reaction kettle should be cleaned, and the bottom valve, feed valve, steam inlet valve and discharge valve should be closed.
