(1) Filling part (X axis): drive the filling nozzle to move back and forth, and the process is divided into acceleration interval, synchronization interval and return interval.
(2) filling process (X axis): synchronous interval servo speed and spindle speed, pulse command signal by the spindle encoder installed on the spindle belt supply. After the return of the servo origin, the electronic cam enters the meshing state. After detecting the spindle signal, a cycle is performed in a cycle.
(3) Filling part (Y axis):Y axis drives the filling nozzle to move up and down, and the filling process is divided into fast insertion and slow return intervals. The filling pump fills in the slow return interval.
(4) Filling process (Y axis): During filling, the Y axis is quickly inserted into the bottle, and the speed and interval can be adjusted by parameters. The Y axis in the back interval is always consistent with the spindle speed. The pulse command signal is first given to the X axis by the spindle encoder, and then given to the Y axis from the X axis, completing the control architecture of one master and multiple slave. The Y-axis synchronization command signal is derived from the output signal DO of the X-axis servo.
