1. The mixer operator must undergo professional training from the superior safety functional department and pass the examination before taking up the post (to take up the post with a certificate). Non-driver operation is strictly prohibited.
2. Before starting, the protective and electrical control components of the transmission part of the mixer should be sensitive, reliable and effective.
3. The mixer operator should always observe the specifications of the concrete aggregate, which should be consistent with the performance of the newly used mixer. If it is found to exceed the permitted scope, it shall not be used.
4. The mixing drum, mixing blade and lining plate, shaft, supporting wheel, transmission gear, belt pulley, triangle belt, sprocket and chain, clutch, brake, steel wire rope, quantitative water supply device and protective device shall be in good condition, all connecting bolts shall be fastened and reliable, and the metal parts of the motor of the mixer shall be protected by reliable zero connection.
5. Before mixing, first check whether the steering of the mixing drum or mixing blade conforms to the specified running direction, and then carry out idle running. If any abnormal phenomenon is found, stop the machine immediately, cut off the power supply for inspection and repair, and then carry out idle running after troubleshooting.
6. After starting, it will run in L -3 minutes. The mixing drum or mixing blade shall run smoothly, the hopper shall be flexible up and down, and the water pump and quantitative water supply device shall work normally before the mixing operation can be carried out.
7. When lifting the hopper, it is strictly prohibited to pass or work under it. When cleaning the bucket pit, the empty bucket should be fixed firmly before proceeding.
8. It is strictly prohibited to use tools or any objects to extend into the mixing drum to remove concrete during operation, and maintenance work shall not be carried out during operation.
9. In the mixing operation, the mixed concrete must be discharged before adding new materials. When adding materials, it should be carried out in operation. It is not allowed to stop or start the mixer at full load (except for reverse discharge). The input amount of raw materials shall not exceed the rated capacity of the mixer.
10. When the mixer suddenly fails during full-load operation, it should immediately stop the machine, cut off the power supply, lock the brake box, clear the materials in the cylinder, and carry out maintenance and troubleshooting.
11. After the operation is completed, the mixer shall be thoroughly cleaned, and the hopper shall be dropped to the bucket pit. If it is raised, the lamp or the bucket pin shall be fastened with chain. In winter, the water in the water pump and pipeline shall be drained, and the power supply shall be cut off and the brake box shall be locked.
12. When repairing and maintaining the mixer, the power must be cut off and checked. The power distribution box can be locked to confirm that there is no power before repairing and maintaining. At the same time, special personnel shall be assigned to monitor.
