1) washing: before pickling, the equipment should be washed with open type, so that there is no mud, scale and other impurities inside the jacket, which can not only improve the effect of pickling, but also reduce the acid consumption of pickling.
2) Prepare the cleaning solution and then inject it into the equipment jacket.
3) Pickling: static immersion of equipment filled with acid solution for 2h. Then continuous dynamic cycle 3~4h. During this period, the positive and negative alternating cleaning is carried out every 0.5h. After pickling, if the pH value of the acid solution is greater than 2, the acid solution can be reused, otherwise the acid solution should be diluted and discharged.
4) Alkali washing: after pickling, NaOH,Na,PO and softened water are prepared according to a certain proportion, and the heat exchanger is alkali washed by dynamic circulation to achieve acid and alkali neutralization, so that the equipment is no longer corroded.
5) Water washing: After the alkali washing, rinse the equipment repeatedly with clean softened water for 0.5 h, and thoroughly rinse the residue in the jacket of the equipment.
6) Record: During the cleaning process, the time of each step should be strictly recorded to check the cleaning effect.
