1. The construction, inspection and acceptance of anti-corrosion works of stainless steel storage tanks shall be carried out in strict accordance with the specifications. After the surface of anti-corrosion materials is dry, the dry film thickness of the bottom layer, middle layer and surface layer shall be measured respectively. The dry film thickness of each layer and the total dry film thickness of the coating shall meet the relevant requirements in this regulation.
2, check the number of coating and brushing quality, and after the completion of the coating construction for visual inspection. The main inspection contents of coating quality include: whether the coating has leakage, rust return, bubbles, bottom penetration, sagging, wrinkled skin, etc., whether the coating is flat and smooth, and whether the color is uniform. Use a 5-10 times magnifying glass to detect the pinhole condition of the coating, or use wet sponge method to check the pinhole rate of the coating, and the spot check rate shall not be less than 5% of the coating area.
3, in each brush paint, to randomly use the wet film thickness gauge to measure the wet film thickness.
4. After the anti-corrosion coating of the stainless steel storage tank is completed and the paint film is dry, the thickness gauge shall be used to measure the thickness of the coating.
5. The coating thickness of stainless steel storage tank is required to be uniform, I .e. 90% of the measured value should reach the specified dry film thickness, and 10% of the measured value is allowed to be lower, but it should be greater than "90% of the specified value". Otherwise, the number of coating channels should be increased until it is qualified.
6. For electrostatic conductive coatings, after the construction is completed and the paint film is dry, the coating resistivity meter must be used to measure the coating resistivity. The surface resistivity of the coating electrical performance test results should be less than 109 Ω, or the volume resistivity should be less than 108 Ω.m, and the test results should be within the same order of magnitude.
