1. slow mixing system

2) A circumferential annular flow forces the material around the inner wall of the mixing vessel to exchange heat during the heating and cooling stages and to avoid damage to the material due to overheating or overcooling.

5 In theory, the maximum vacuum degree is 730mm/hg at 20 ℃. In order to obtain a perfect emulsification effect, air must be avoided from entering the material. Processing under vacuum allows direct injection of liquid or powder into the volume. 5. upper lid lifting system
The lifting and lowering of the upper cover is completed by a set of hydraulic devices, equipped with a safety limit system, which can keep the upper cover in any desired position.





6. container dumping system
The volume dumping system is used for unloading, which is completed by a manual runner and stays at any angle.

7. processing control
The observation window is equipped with a washer and a lamp for good internal visibility.

8. security system
1. The safety lock prohibits accidental opening of the upper cover under vacuum.
2. The above cover is not properly aligned with the container, and the sealing degree is not enough, so stop using it.
3. If the upper cover is not fully lifted, the dumping function is deactivated.
4. When the upper cover is opened, the mixing and homogenizing motor and vacuum pump are deactivated.
5. The limit micro switch automatically performs opening/closing of the upper cover.
6. The parameters can be changed according to user requirements, and achieve the best performance.
