Emulsion machineThe use of vortex mixing, shear, ultrasound and other technical means to make the water micromass crushing refinement, but also to make the diesel oil crushing refinement and mixing, forming an emulsified structure. Because of the viscosity inside the fluid, the force generated by the moving fluid layers is called shear force. Because of the high-speed movementThe shear force causes the fluid layer to form turbulence, and the turbulence breaks the liquid interface. In practical application, colloid mill, shear head, high pressure homogenization, jet is the high-speed movement to form shear force.
The emulsifier is actually a chemical method; the magnetization treatment is an electromagnetic method. Only when the water is refined to a micron particle size, the hydrogen bonds connected by the water molecules are connected with the diesel molecular chain to form a relatively undisturbed emulsified structure. The size of the water molecules and the ionic force of the hydrogen bond connection determine whether the emulsion structure is not disordered. Emulsifier premixing and magnetization treatment reduces the surface tension of water and the ionic force of hydrogen bonds, so that the water is easily broken.
The emulsification process of the emulsifying machine is essentially a process of crushing and refining large agglomerations of water into micron-sized particles. The joint action of emulsifier and emulsifying machine completes the emulsification process. The emulsification methods used now include mechanical, chemical, electromagnetic and other methods. High shear, ultrasound, high pressure homogenization, jet, vortex mixing, stirring are mechanical methods.
