Manual arc welding is one of the most widely used welding methods for stainless steel storage tanks. Let's take a look at several common welding methods:
1. Semi-automatic welding of stainless steel storage tanks mainly refers to semi-automatic C02 gas shielded welding, which is mostly used for welding bottom plate fillet welds and top plate fillet welds of stainless steel storage tanks.
2. Automatic submerged arc welding of stainless steel storage tank circumferential seam is to hang the welding operator on the upper edge of the newly welded tank wall and walk along the tank wall to drive the submerged arc welding machine to complete circumferential seam welding.
3. Double wire submerged arc automatic welding, suitable for corner seam welding of bottom plate and top plate.
4. Vertical seam gas electric welding of stainless steel storage tank is a vertical butt welding method with gas shielding arc. Welding wire is used as the melting electrode, and the welding torch is driven by an automatically controlled rising system for continuous welding. Under the forced forming action of water-cooled slider, single-sided welding and double-sided forming are realized with C02 gas shielding.
5, magnetic fillet weld submerged arc welding, mainly used for tank wall plate and bottom plate of the inner and outer ring corner seam welding.
