1, first add materials, it is strictly prohibited to empty tank boot, materials shall not be less than 5% volume. So as not to burn the mixer shaft sleeve. The added materials shall not exceed the 70% of the tank volume, so as to avoid the overflow of materials and scald when mixing;
2. Open the circuit breaker of the stirring motor and start stirring;
3. Open the steam stop valve and adjust it to the appropriate opening. Check the drain valve for drainage. If there is no drainage, please inform the equipment power department for maintenance. Observe the temperature gauge of the tank body, and properly close the stop valve when the temperature exceeds the set value.
