What preparations are made before the inspection of stainless steel storage tanks

1. Check the relevant data records before inspection to understand the defects, problems and treatment methods that occurred during the inspection of stainless steel storage tanks.
2. Clean up the materials in the storage tank, separate them from other equipment and mark them.
3. The residual gas in the tank is replaced and cleaned, and the analysis reaches the standard.
4. Open the manhole, remove the inner parts, and clean up the dirt on the inner wall.
5. Cut off the power supply of stainless steel storage tank. Low-voltage explosion-proof lamp with voltage not higher than 12v or 24v shall be used for inspection. Special personnel shall be assigned to monitor the outside of the tank. The voltage of inspection instruments and tools shall not be higher than 36v, and good insulated flexible wires and grounding wires shall be adopted.
6. If hot work is involved, hot work approval procedures shall be handled as required, and the tank farm shall be equipped with fire fighting and protection facilities.
