1. Under the action of the centrifugal force generated by the high-speed rotating rotor, the materials in the figure are sucked into the working cavity from the axial direction from the upper and lower feeding areas of the working head.

2. The weak centrifugal force throws the material from the radial direction into the narrow and precise gap between the stator and the rotor. Together with the centrifugal kneading, impact and other forces, so that the initial dispersion of the material emulsification.

3. Generate a linear velocity of at least 15 m/s at the outer end of the high-speed rotating rotor, up to 40 m/s, and form intense mechanical and hydraulic shearing, liquid layer conflict, collision and tearing, so that the materials are fully scattered, emulsified, homogenized, broken, and ejected through the stator slot together.
