(1) The compressed air hedge transformer is blocked or the installation position is improper

During normal filling, compressed air passes through two1mm small hole to form a gas path. When the set weight is reached, the metering lever is lifted up, and the center of the connecting rod stop plate * * transformer blocks the air passage and stops filling.

If the impurities in the compressed air completely block the transformer. The air passage cannot be formed and the LPG cannot be filled. When the transformer is blocked but blocked at the end, the gas flux becomes smaller, so that the pressure valve behind it cannot reach the working air pressure, the response is slow, and the filling is not stopped immediately, resulting in overweight.

The transformer is installed too high, so that the metering lever is lifted higher and exceeds the balance point of the scale, so that its baffle can block the gas path, causing the response of the scale to lag behind and the filling is overweight.

The transformer is installed on the low side, so that the metering lever is lifted lower and reaches the balance point of the scale at the end, and its baffle has blocked the gas path, resulting in the advanced response of the scale and insufficient filling.

If the transformer is not installed properly, the metering lever will be lifted up, and the baffle plate and the transformer will rub against each other, causing the lever to be lifted up too slowly, resulting in overweight filling.

The solution is to remove impurities inside the transformer and install it correctly.

(2) The pressure valve is too dirty or its air flux is improper.

As the impurities in the compressed air enter the pressure valve and accumulate to a certain extent, it will block its internal gas passage, making the gas flux smaller, the pressure valve cannot reach the working pressure, the response is slow, and the filling is not stopped immediately, resulting in overweight. When the gas flux of the pressure valve is adjusted too large or too small, it will cause the pressure valve to react too quickly or slowly, resulting in insufficient filling or overweight.

The solution is to remove the impurities inside the pressure valve and correctly adjust the size of its gas flux.

(3) pressure valve leakage.

Pressure valve internal rubber diaphragm aging loss of elasticity, diaphragm perforation, diaphragm installation errors, etc., will cause air leakage inside the pressure valve. In severe cases, all the compressed air passing through the stop button will leak. At this time, press the start button and the filling display pressure gauge will display"Air filling", compressed air opens the diaphragm valve and begins to fill air. However, after releasing the finger, the pressure valve has no controlled air source, and there is a large amount of air leakage inside, and the pressure will drop to zero. The diaphragm valve is closed and the gas filling is stopped. Insufficient filling.

When the air leakage is not serious, press the start button to fill the air. However, after the finger is released, the pressure valve leaks slowly, and the pressure of the filling display pressure gauge slowly drops to zero. The diaphragm valve is closed and the gas filling is stopped. If the air leak is small, the cylinder can be filled before the air leaks. It has little effect on the accuracy of filling. If the air leakage is large, the cylinder will be stopped before it is filled, resulting in insufficient filling.

The diaphragm of the pressure valve is installed very tightly and is not easy to take out. If it is forcibly removed, it will probably be destroyed, so the fault can only be completely solved by replacing the pressure valve.

(4) Start or stop switch is damaged

Damage to these two switches will cause the cylinder to fail to fill or stop filling, respectively. That is, the filling is insufficient or overweight. Change can solve the problem.

In order to reduce the impact caused by the above four problems, it is necessary to dehydrate, deoil and remove impurities in the compressed air in time: at least once a day, drain the pumping separator in the scale.; Remove the above pneumatic components at least once a month, perform incomplete disassembly, check their internal conditions, clean up impurities, and ensure correct installation.
