(1) After the oil phase pot and water phase pot are fed, start the oil phase and water phase mixing motors, and set the rotation speeds of the oil phase and water phase motors online; (2) After setting the temperature control of the oil phase pot and water phase pot, start the temperature control of the oil phase pot and water phase pot; (3) When the initial treatment of the materials in the oil phase pot and water phase pot is completed, start the discharge pump of the oil phase pot and water phase pot, pump the materials after initial treatment into the emulsifying pot; (4) When the materials in the oil phase pot and the water phase pot are completely pumped into the emulsifying pot, the discharge pump stops running. Start the hydraulic motor, and directly descend the main mixer and homogeneous mixer. When the main mixer and homogeneous mixer are in place, the hydraulic motor stops working,

(1) After feeding the oil phase pot and water phase pot, start the oil phase and water phase mixing motor, and set the speed of the oil phase and water phase motor online;

(2) After setting the temperature control of the oil phase pot and the water phase pot, start the temperature control of the oil phase pot and the water phase pot;

(3) When the initial treatment of the materials in the oil phase pot and the water phase pot is completed, start the discharge pump of the oil phase pot and the water phase pot, and pump the materials after the initial treatment into the emulsifying pot;

(4) When the materials in the oil phase pot and the water phase pot are completely pumped into the emulsifying pot, the discharge pump stops running. Start the hydraulic motor, directly descend the main mixer and homogeneous mixer, stop the hydraulic motor when it is in place, and then tighten the sealing valve manually;

(5) After the vacuum emulsifying pot is sealed, start the main mixing and homogeneous mixing motors. The speed will rise from zero to the user's set value, and the speed of the main mixing and homogeneous mixing motors can be changed online according to different processing requirements;

(6) Start the vacuum pump motor, the negative pressure of the emulsifying pot will continue to increase, and eventually it will reach the user's set value; after reaching the user's set value, the vacuum pump motor will actively stop;

(7) Start the temperature control of the emulsifying pot, take the initiative to heat the emulsifying pot, the control method adopts fuzzy PID constant temperature control, the internal material of the emulsifying pot will be heated to the user set temperature;

(8) When the emulsification work is completed, the negative pressure in the emulsifying pot is reduced through the exhaust port. When the pressure of the emulsifying pot is zero, the discharge valve is opened to discharge the emulsified product.
