How does the emulsifying pot work? The manufacturer of the emulsifying pot tells you about it. After the materials are mixed and reacted in a water pot and an oil pot by heating and stirring, they are sucked into the emulsifying pot by a vacuum pump, and the central stirring and polytetrafluoroethylene scraper in the upper part of the emulsifying pot always cater to the body of the stirring pot, so as to sweep away the wall-hanging sticky materials and continuously produce new interfaces for the materials to be extracted. After cutting, compressing and folding of the blades and rotating blades, the materials are stirred and mixed and flow downward to the homogenizer below the pot body. The materials then pass through the strong cutting, impact, turbulence and other processes generated between the high-speed rotating cutting wheel and the fixed cutting sleeve.

As the emulsifying pot is in a vacuum state, the bubbles generated during the mixing of the material are pumped away in time.
