The pressure sequence valve of the high-shear vacuum emulsifying machine consists of two parts. The left main valve is a two-position three-way reversing valve controlled by single air, and the right side is a pilot valve that controls whether the main valve changes direction after adjusting the external input pressure and the balance of the tension spring. The detected pressure signal is input from the port of the pilot valve, and its air pressure is balanced with the tension force of the conditioning tension spring. When the pressure reaches a certain value, it can overcome the tension spring force to lift the spool of the pilot valve. After the pilot valve core is lifted, the compressed air at the input port of the main valve can enter the right side of the main valve core, pushing the valve core to move left to realize reversing, so that the output port of the main valve and the input port are connected to generate an output signal.
