If the solid material has large pieces, it should be crushed before adding the material. 3. When adding liquid materials, first open the nitrogen, so that the kettle is filled with nitrogen, and then close the nitrogen, open the vacuum pumping material. At the end of material extraction, open the nitrogen balance until there is no vacuum in the kettle. 4. According to the process requirements for multiple nitrogen replacement. When replacing, first turn on the vacuum to -0.06Mpa, turn off the vacuum, and then turn on the nitrogen to charge

Repeat the operation until the number of replacements required by the process is reached.

5. Connect the oxygen content meter to determine the oxygen content in the kettle. Continue to replace with nitrogen until the oxygen content reaches the process requirements.

6. The feed port was opened, nitrogen was slightly opened (continuous and smooth bubbling with a connected bubbler), and the amount of catalyst required for the process was quickly added.

7. Close the charging valve or cover the charging port with a special tool.

8. According to the process requirements, hydrogen is introduced, and the process conditions such as hydrogen pressure, reaction temperature and stirring speed are controlled.

10. After the reaction is completed, slowly open the vent valve to discharge hydrogen. When the pressure in the kettle is less than 0.15MPa, open the nitrogen valve and replace the remaining hydrogen in the kettle with nitrogen.
