Operation method: start the automatic flushing procedure of the system after shutdown, flush the oil-water pipeline and vacuum emulsifier normally for more than three minutes, put the bag containing flushing waste into the drainage ditch, and use circulating water to clean the flushed waste twice to reduce the generation of ammonium nitrate crystals. 2. Method 1: The ammonium nitrate in the waste is washed by cooling circulating water in the leach cooler.

1. 1. Operation method: After shutdown, manually open the water phase flushing valve on the console to flush the ammonium nitrate solution in the water phase pipeline and filter. After connecting about four barrels of water from the water phase three-way valve, manually close the water phase cleaning valve, then open the automatic cleaning program in the system. After normal flushing for three minutes, stop the flushing program.

2. Principle analysis: reducing the amount of ammonium nitrate in the flushing process is the key. After the ammonium nitrate solution in the pipeline is cleaned, automatic flushing is started. The oil phase in the pipeline, the residual matrix in the emulsifier and water are discharged through the outlet of the emulsifier, and there is no residual ammonium nitrate crystal.

3. Effect: There is no ammonium nitrate crystal in the waste, and the effect is obvious.

4 After successful consultation with relevant electromechanical experts, the method of flushing the water phase pipeline first and then automatic flushing is adopted to reduce ammonium nitrate crystals in the waste, thus avoiding energy accumulation caused by blocking the charging pipeline and reducing crystal friction during the charging process, eliminating accidents caused by this, and improving the intrinsic safety of the production line. This method is feasible for flushing.
