The material is stirred by the center of the upper part of the vacuum emulsifying machine, and the polytetrafluoroethylene scraper always caters to the body of the stirring pot to sweep the wall-hanging sticky material, so that the scraped material continuously produces a new interface, and then through the cutting, compression and folding of the blade and the rotating blade, the material is stirred and mixed and flows down to the homogenizer below the pot body, the material then passes through the strong shearing, impact, turbulence and other processes generated between the high-speed rotating cutting wheel and the fixed cutting sleeve. The material is cut in the shear seam and quickly broken into 200nm-2um particles. As the emulsifying tank is in a vacuum state, the bubbles generated during the mixing of the material are promptly pumped away.
