4.2 cleaning method: after the production of the emulsifying pot, first use scraper and cotton cloth to clean up the remaining raw materials, then use tap water to wash the stirring paddle and the pot wall to ensure that there are no residues of raw materials, paste, etc. in the pot, and finally use purified water to clean. after cleaning, clean and verify (see 4.4). if the verification result meets the requirements, disinfect. if the verification result does not meet the requirements, repeat the 4.2 steps, disinfection shall not be carried out until the verification results meet the requirements;
4.3 disinfection methods:
4.3.1 After the cleaning verification meets the requirements, put an appropriate amount of purified water into the pot, heat it to 85±1 ℃ with steam, keep it for 30 minutes, drain the purified water or clean other emulsifying pots;
4.3.2 During the heating and disinfection process, the emulsifying pot shall be provided with warning signs to prevent others from touching the emulsifying pot and avoid causing harm;
4.3.3 After the disinfection is completed, it is necessary to close all valves and covers, hang the "disinfected" mark, fill in the "Equipment Cleaning and Disinfection Record Form" at the same time, and notify the microbiological testing personnel of the Quality Assurance Department to carry out disinfection verification, and continue to use the emulsifying pot only after they sign on the record form;
4.4 cleaning verification method: take 50ML of the last pot washing water with a 100ml volumetric flask, shake the volumetric flask left and right for 10 times to detect the foam height generated, which is less than 0.5cm, and the clean water is transparent, clear and without fragrance;
