The structural core of the vacuum emulsifying machine is mainly the mixing and homogenizing system in the main emulsifying tank. The stirring system of the vacuum emulsifying machine is triple stirring, I .e. homogenizer, frame scraping wall and blade stirring, and the part connecting these cores is the rotating shaft in the middle. As the core part of the connection, the shaft needs to focus on maintenance. How to reduce the damage of the rotating shaft and the emulsifying machine after the vacuum has to check the rotating shaft of the vacuum emulsifying machine from the aspect of elastic vibration.

The so-called from the elastic vibration to check the vacuum homogenization emulsifier shaft, refers to the vacuum homogenization emulsifier shaft critical speed, so as to select the size of the shaft, so that the vibration generated by the vacuum homogenization emulsifier shaft can be reduced or eliminated.

When the rotating speed of the rotating shaft of the vacuum homogenizing emulsifier reaches the natural vibration frequency of the shaft, the shaft will vibrate strongly and have a great bending phenomenon. The rotating shaft speed that causes this phenomenon is called the critical speed of the rotating shaft. The number of revolutions of the shaft corresponding to this speed is called the critical number of revolutions. If the rotation speed of the shaft of the vacuum homogenizing emulsifier is kept within the critical number of revolutions or the dangerous range close to it, the deflection of the shaft of the vacuum homogenizing emulsifier will increase rapidly to the extent that the shaft is damaged. However, if the number of revolutions of the shaft can be increased rapidly, the shaft can safely cross this dangerous speed.

After the number of revolutions of the rotating shaft of the vacuum homogenizing emulsifier exceeds the critical number of revolutions, the vibration decreases rapidly and the rotating shaft returns to stability again. However, when the rotating speed continues to increase to another higher fixed value, the vibration of the rotating shaft of the vacuum homogenizing emulsifier repeats the above situation. The lowest critical rotating speed is called the first critical rotating speed of the rotating shaft of the vacuum homogenizing emulsifier, and the higher critical rotating speeds are successively called the second critical rotating speed and the third critical rotating speed of the rotating shaft of the vacuum homogenizing emulsifier.
