The homogenization system of the homogenization emulsifier adopts the propulsion extrusion worm gear shearing structure. The material is sent to the homogenizer by the propulsion impeller, and the homogenization work is carried out through the blade tooth worm gear (dynamic) and two fixed gear rings. When the impeller rotates at high speed, the suction force generated will push the material into extrusion and worm gear shearing successively to achieve the purpose of homogenization. When the homogenizer is working, the valve between the pot body and the homogenizer pipeline can be closed for internal circulation and external circulation homogenization according to the different conditions of material viscosity, which can ensure that all materials have equal opportunity to emulsify.
