1, electric heating resistance wire wound on the stainless steel reaction kettle cylinder insulation layer, or installed in a number of distance from the reaction kettle on the special insulator, therefore, in the resistance wire and stainless steel reaction kettle body between the formation of a small space gap. The first three methods to obtain high temperature are required to add a jacket on the kettle body. Due to the large range of temperature change, the jacket and shell of the stainless steel reaction kettle are subjected to temperature change and temperature difference pressure is generated. When electric heating is used, the equipment is lighter and simpler, the temperature is easier to adjust, and there is no need for pumps, furnaces, chimneys and other facilities, the start is also very simple, the risk is not high, the cost is low, but the operating cost is higher than other heating.

The thermal efficiency is below 85%, so it is suitable for heating temperatures below 400°C and lower electric energy prices.

Chemical reactions are usually carried out in the reaction kettle. In order to ensure the uniform and rapid reaction and improve the efficiency, the corresponding stirring device is usually installed in the reaction kettle, so the dynamic seal of the transmission shaft and the problem of preventing leakage are brought about.

2. Heating with other media If the process requires high temperature operation or high pressure heating system to be avoided, other media can be used instead of water and steam, such as mineral oil (275~300 ℃), diphenyl ether mixture (boiling point 258 ℃), molten salt (140~540 ℃), liquid lead (melting point 327 ℃), etc.

3, stainless steel reaction kettle is mostly gap operation, sometimes in order to ensure product quality, each batch of material after cleaning; stainless steel reaction kettle top equipped with quick opening manhole and hand hole, easy to sample, measure the volume, observe the reaction and into the equipment internal maintenance

4, water heating requirements can be used when the temperature is not high, stainless steel reactor heating system has open and closed two. The open type is relatively simple. It is composed of a circulating pump, a sink, a pipeline and a regulator that controls the valve. When high-pressure water is used, the mechanical strength of the stainless steel reactor equipment is required to be high. The outer surface of the stainless steel reactor is welded with a snake tube. There is a gap between the snake and the kettle wall, which increases the thermal resistance and reduces the heat transfer effect.

5. When the steam heating temperature is below 100 ℃, it can be heated by steam below one atmospheric pressure; in the range of 100~180 ℃, saturated steam is used; when the temperature is higher, high pressure superheated steam can be used.
