The daily maintenance of stainless steel reactor mainly includes the following aspects:
1. Listen to whether the sound of the reducer and motor is normal. Touch the driving temperature of the reducer, motor, base bearing and other parts for the general temperature of 40 ℃ and the maximum temperature of 60 ℃ (it is normal for the back of the hand to stay for more than 8 seconds). Always listen to the stainless steel reactor for abnormal vibration and sound. Check whether all the inlet and outlet valves of the stainless steel reactor are in good condition. If there is any problem, it must be replaced or repaired in time, and regularly checked in strict accordance with the requirements of use.
 
2. Check the leakage of electric equipment, ensure that it runs in flammable and explosive environment, do a good job in equipment sanitation, and ensure that there is no oil pollution and the equipment sees its true colors. The transmission part often checks whether the reducer has oil leakage, whether the shaft seal is in good condition, whether the oil pump is oiled, whether the oil level and oil quality changes in the reduction gearbox, whether there is a shortage of oil in the machine seal oil box of the kettle, and if necessary, add or update the corresponding oil.
 
3. Check whether the safety devices such as safety valve, explosion-proof membrane, pressure gauge and thermometer are accurate, sensitive and easy to use, whether the safety valve and pressure gauge have been checked and the lead seal is intact, whether the red line of the pressure gauge is correctly drawn, and whether the explosion-proof membrane is leaking. Check the stainless steel reaction kettle flange and the base of the bolt is loose, the safety shield is intact and reliable.
 
4. Regularly check the thickness of the stainless steel reaction kettle steel plate, calculate its pressure strength, ensure the reasonable use of equipment within the allowable range of pressure, and strictly prohibit the use of overpressure and overtemperature. Keep the mixing shaft clean and bright. For the shaft connected by the round nut, check whether the rotation direction of the mixing shaft rotates clockwise. It is forbidden to reverse the rotation direction. Check the rotation direction of the mixing after each power failure.
 
5, check the stainless steel reactor body for cracks, bulges, deformation, perforation, corrosion, leakage and other phenomena, insulation, paint, etc. is not complete, whether there is any peeling, burning. Regularly enter the kettle to check the conditions of accessories in the kettle such as stirring and snake pipe, tighten loose bolts, and replace relevant parts if necessary.
