Material contact parts are made of 316L stainless steel material, in line with GMP requirements. The filling action of the piston filling machine is divided into two types: automatic and manual. During use, some problems need to be paid attention. When the height of the machine is manual, when the machine is manual, only need to push the touch tongue with the bottle mouth, that is, start sucking. Pay attention not to resist the touch tongue during filling. When automatic is adopted, the bottle must be placed under the discharge port first, and the filling will begin as soon as the changeover switch is turned to automatic, and the bottle will be replaced in time. When it is found that the measurement is unstable during filling, it should be checked that the feed check valve may be trapped by debris, resulting in loose sealing and affecting the filling volume. The lower part of the cylinder leaks, indicating that the piston sealing ring is worn and needs to be replaced.
