Vacuum emulsifying pot matters needing attention

1) Due to the extremely high speed of the homogeneous cutting head, the idling time in the liquid should not exceed half a minute, so as not to affect the sealing degree after local heating. 2) The ground wire is reliably grounded to ensure the safety of power utilization. 3) The shaft end of the homogenizer is seen as turning left. Every time the motor is wired or when it is not used for a long time, the homogenizer should be turned on for a test run. When it is confirmed that it is correct, the homogenizer should be officially run. 4) Every time before the start of stirring, it should be inching to check whether there is any abnormality in the stirring scraping wall, and if so, it should be eliminated immediately. 5) Before the stirring and vacuumizing or material pressing pump works, be sure to check whether the pan is flat with the pan cover, and whether the pan mouth and material mouth cover are tightly covered and reliably sealed. 6)

8) to open the lid and spout cover, must be in the pot without vacuum, if the pot with vacuum, should close the vacuum system before the ball valve (and close the vacuum pump), open the lid on the vent valve, so that the pot without vacuum.

9) The vacuum pump can start operation only when the homogenizing pot is sealed. If there is a special need to open the atmosphere to start the pump, the operation can not exceed 3 minutes.

10) Ensure that there is a certain amount of liquid level in the liquid supply tank, and regularly open the valve at the lower part of the vacuum liquid supply tank on the beam (it cannot be opened during operation) to drain all the dirt in the liquid supply tank and ensure the normal operation of the vacuum pump. 11) The equipment must be cut off from the power supply before any maintenance or cleaning.

12) Never put your hand into the kettle during the operation of the equipment to prevent accidents.

13) If there is any abnormal response during operation, the operation shall be stopped immediately, and the machine shall be started only after the cause is found out.
