Stirring: the agitator is simulated and designed by computer program. It is usually combined by central stirring and frame wall scraping stirring. Through the central stirring at the upper end of the emulsifying tank, the scraper adapts to the body of the mixing tank in the whole process, so as to scrape off the sticky materials hanging on the wall without dead angle. At the same time, the materials to be taken from the ground are allowed to generate new interfaces at all times, and then cut, and are subjected to turbulent by the rotating blades, the material is continuously transported to the vacuum homogeneous emulsifying machine.
Homogenization: after the material is mixed and stirred, it is transported down to the homogenizer below the pot body. after the strong shearing, impact, turbulence and other processes generated between the high-speed rotating cutting wheel and the fixed cutting sleeve, the material is cut in the shearing seam and quickly broken into 200nm-1um particles. Homogeneous stirring and paddle stirring can be selected according to their own material processing requirements, which can be used separately or at the same time.
Defoaming: Because the inside of the emulsifying pot is in a vacuum state, the bubbles generated during the mixing of the processed materials can be pumped away in time, which greatly improves the quality of the materials.
discharging: since the lid of the emulsifying pot is automatically lifted, the discharging mode of the materials can be selected as the tilting type of the emulsifying pot body, or the bottom valve pipe can be used for discharging.
