6, regularly into the pot to check the stirring, snake pipe and other pot accessories, and tighten the loose bolts, if necessary, replace the relevant parts;
7. Check whether all the inlet and outlet valves of the magnetic stainless steel reactor are in good condition. If there is any problem, it must be handled in time;
8, check the stainless steel reaction kettle flange and base, such as whether the bolt loose, safety shield is in good condition and reliable; Check the magnetic stainless steel reaction kettle body for cracks, deformation, bulge, perforation, corrosion, leakage and other phenomena, heat preservation, paint, etc. is complete, whether there is any peeling, burning situation; Do a good job in equipment sanitation to ensure no oil pollution and the equipment sees its true colors.
