7. When the final reaction temperature is determined, it is not allowed to change the temperature setting value during the heating process to avoid a large overshoot of the temperature!
8. Under the premise that the control instrument is connected to the power supply, even if the heating and stirring switches are not turned on, the output terminal of the rear panel of the control instrument is also charged, and it is not allowed to pull or touch any plug during operation!
9. The working time display is an internal single-chip microcomputer 8031. Timing is carried out through the accumulation of internal frequency division. Every time the power is turned on and off, the internal accumulated data will disappear. Attention should be paid to the operation. The working time display is divided into units, and the maximum working time is 9999 minutes (166.5 hours)!
10. The correct detection position of the speed display is very important for the stable display of the speed. This position has been adjusted when leaving the factory, so do not adjust it at will!
11. When starting up each time, any button is required to be in the initial state, which requires the operator to form good working habits and turn the knob back to the minimum position after each work to prevent the current overshoot from causing great damage to the control instrument when starting up next time!
12. Regularly test various instruments and blasting discharge devices to ensure their accurate and reliable work. The working environment of the equipment should meet the requirements of safety technical specifications!
13. Connect the blasting vent to the outside through the pipeline during installation!
14. When the kettle is out of service for a long time, the inside and outside of the kettle shall be cleaned and cleaned without water and other materials, and stored in a clean, dry and non-corrosive place.
