The factors affecting emulsification are the following:

2. Emulsifier. The degree to which different emulsifiers change the product structure and the effect on the interfacial tension and the energy required to form the emulsion are also different.
3. Emulsification equipment. Different emulsifying equipment has different structural design, different shear force and speed, which greatly affects its emulsifying effect.
Analysis of the factors affecting the effect of dispersion and emulsification from the perspective of equipment
1. Structure of emulsifying machine. Emulsifying machines are generally divided into intermittent emulsifying machines and pipeline emulsifying machines. Pipeline emulsifying machines have better emulsifying effects, and the materials can be fully dispersed and emulsified, with high efficiency. 2. Shear rate of emulsifying machine. The core parameter of emulsification equipment is shear rate. In general, the higher the shear rate, the better the dispersion and emulsification effect.
