The vacuum pump is strictly prohibited to operate without working fluid.
Close all valves, open the cooling water valve of the vacuum pump, start the vacuum pump and open the ball valve of the vacuum port. If there is a special need to open the atmosphere to start the pump, the operation can not be over 3 minutes.
When the vacuum pump is running, it is strictly prohibited to block the exhaust port of the equipment.
Before the vacuum pump is shut down, the operator should pay attention to the ball valve in front of the vacuum pump.
