1. The construction, inspection and acceptance of anti-corrosion engineering of stainless steel storage tank shall be carried out in strict accordance with the Technical Specification for Anti-corrosion Coating of Petrochemical Equipment and Pipeline. After the surface of anti-corrosion materials is dry, the dry film thickness of the bottom layer, middle layer and surface layer shall be measured respectively. The dry film thickness of each layer and the total dry film thickness of the coating shall meet the relevant requirements in this regulation. 2, check the number of coating and brushing quality, and after the completion of the coating construction for visual inspection. The main inspection contents of coating quality include: whether the coating has leakage, rust return, bubbles, bottom penetration, sagging, wrinkled skin, etc., whether the coating is smooth and smooth, whether the color is uniform and the same, and whether it is used for 5~10 times.
