2. For pipelines with high temperature, high pressure, special materials and special media, the main contents of quality control shall be clarified, the main objectives of quality control for process pipeline construction of the Project shall be worked out; when reviewing the construction scheme, clear and reasonable requirements shall be put forward for quality standards, construction methods of major projects and quality assurance measures;
3. Personnel training: According to the pipeline design materials of this project, prepare welding process procedures, make qualified welding process evaluation that meets the requirements of the specifications, conduct relevant training for welders, and obtain welding qualifications for corresponding projects.
4. Material procurement: According to the materials, specifications, models and standards required by the material preparation plan, qualified material suppliers with processing and manufacturing capabilities and manufacturing qualifications shall be selected. Material acceptance must meet the relevant requirements; The quality certificate should be the original, the content should be consistent with the real object and the data should be true and meet the standard requirements; The valve must also be subjected to hydrostatic test when arriving at the site. All alloy steel pipes, fittings and valves must be re-inspected for chemical components (spectral analysis). High pressure pipes, fittings and valves must be re-inspected by 100;
5. Acceptance of welding materials: the appearance package shall not be damaged and damp. The marks (model, brand, specification, production date and production batch number) on the package shall be consistent with the attached quality certification documents. If not, re-inspection must be carried out.
Before construction, the engineering and technical personnel must carry out technical disclosure to the construction personnel, which mainly includes construction methods, quality assurance measures, quality standards, etc.; in order to ensure the quality of prefabrication, the influence of weather and environment on construction can be avoided, which is more conducive to the control of construction quality. The installation process should pay attention to the following main aspects:
1. Blanking processing: mainly control the length of pipe cutting, straightness of incision, cleaning of flash and burr and processing of groove; Pipe cutting below DN100mm is generally carried out by grinding wheel cutting machine, large diameter, medium and low pressure, pipe is generally cut by gas cutting or plasma cutting, and groove can be polished by hand grinder. High-pressure pipe cutting and groove processing are generally completed by pipe bed or groove machine. The flatness of the cut exceeds the standard, will affect the uniformity of the gap between the nozzle group; The processing of the groove should also be carried out according to the angle required by the regulations. If the groove is too large, it will cause waste of labor, materials and machinery, increase the installation cost. If the groove is too small, it is easy to cause welding defects such as incomplete penetration and slag inclusion. Therefore, the ultimate purpose of controlling the quality of the blanking processing process is to ensure the welding quality and installation size.
2. Identification: Each weld joint of prefabricated pipeline must be marked, especially alloy steel and special material pipeline. Indicate the welding date, welder number and weld junction number, and indicate the pipeline number and pipe section number with paint for each pipe section according to the single-line diagram, so as not to cause confusion in the installation, cause the weld junction to be untraceable, cause the handover data to be inconsistent with the actual material, and cause the use position of special material pipes to be wrong. The end nozzle of the prefabricated pipe section must be closed.
3. Welding: welding quality control is the most important control link in process pipeline construction, requiring welders to strictly follow the welding operation instructions; There are many factors that affect the welding quality. In addition to the influence of nozzle assembly and groove, it is also affected by the quality of welders, welding materials, weather and environment, etc. The welding work is carried out in the workshop or on the ground, with little environmental impact and relatively good quality control, mainly control the baking quality of welding materials, strictly follow the baking and distribution system, control the amount of welding rod each time, and supervise the normal use of welding rod barrel; If the process requires pre-heating and heat treatment of the welded joint, the pre-heating and heat treatment temperature of each joint must be strictly controlled, and the non-destructive testing of the backing quality of high-pressure pipe welding should also be paid attention;
4. Installation: The on-site installation of process pipelines is a difficult point in quality control. It is restricted by on-site installation conditions and environmental factors. Appropriate quality assurance measures should be taken when necessary. The on-site welded joints are generally fixed joints, and the quality is difficult to control. Therefore, the following aspects must be well controlled: in the prefabrication stage, each welder shall be observed and the qualified rate shall be counted, because people are the first element in the quality control link; The nozzle site group must also carry out the quality according to the requirements. If you encounter wind, snow, rain, humidity and other weather, you must take effective protective measures before welding is allowed. It is very difficult for alloy steel pipes to flush argon, so it is the weakest link in on-site quality control and should also be the most important link in quality inspection, skin or flux-cored wire can be used for backing, but the process must be approved by welding procedure qualification and the welder passed the examination.
