When the kettle is under pressure, the shaft seal leaks even more. If the kettle is flammable, explosive, toxic, corrosive media, its hazards can be imagined.
(3) In order to ensure the stability of the transmission device, the base on the kettle cover should be a platform, which is often simplified into a three-point support, because the structure is thin and the rigidity is poor. In addition to the use of low-speed kettle, in the common reaction kettle is easy to cause the stirring shaft, reducer frame and motor jitter. As a result, the shaft seal fails, the material escapes and leaks, and the wear of the moving parts of the equipment increases.
(4) The steel plate of the thin kettle body or heat transfer jacket, especially the stainless steel plate with higher price, is extremely dangerous. Kettle compressive strength and stiffness performance decline, can cause equipment explosion accident.
(5) The frame of the reducer is too short, and there is no space for adjusting the mechanical seal and the Kobel wheel. When replacing the vulnerable parts of the mechanical seal, the reducer and the motor must be disassembled, which is very inconvenient. When the reducer frame is long enough, only the Cowper wheel needs to be disassembled, and nothing else needs to be moved. Although short racks save a little manufacturing cost for the manufacturer or user, the labor cost consumed by the user to repair the equipment in the future will usually greatly exceed the cost savings. At least for users, it is not cost-effective to calculate the general ledger or long-term accounts.
(6) In order to save materials, the head does not press out the straight edge, the head stiffness decreases, and the equipment capacity decreases.
(7) There is no positioning bearing in the middle of the reducer frame. The stirring shaft swings too much, resulting in shaft seal failure.
(8) thin flange material, does not reach the rated load deformation, resulting in flange sealing failure. Even if the sudden failure of harmless medium high pressure at high temperature will have serious consequences, even more harmful media.
(9) The bottom bearing and the reducer frame have different axes, or the stirring shaft and the reducer output shaft have different axes, causing the stirring shaft to be stiff and swing, the bottom bearing to reduce its life due to wear and tear and the shaft seal to fail.
(10) The inner wall of the reaction kettle and the internal parts of the kettle are not polished, the inner wall of the kettle is rough, easy to rust, scale, and difficult to clean during the initial stage of use or replacement products.
(11) In order to ensure the strength of the equipment, corrosion resistance and cleanliness in the kettle, the cylinder and flange should be welded on both sides inside and outside, and it is often simplified as single-sided welding on the outside. After less welding on the inside, the user is not easy to see in appearance, but the reliability of the equipment decreases, the unwelded inside will form a seam, the material in the kettle is easy to penetrate, and it is difficult to clean, the composition of the infiltrated material is usually uncertain, which may stay in the seam for a long time and corrode the equipment deeply, and may pollute the product after falling off.
