According to the special requirements of water for cosmetic production, the main working principles of pure water equipment and deionized water equipment can be roughly divided into four types. The first: the use of anion exchange resin to obtain deionized water, generally through, the water conductivity can be reduced to 10us/cm below, and then through the mixed bed can reach 1us/cm below. However, the water produced by this method is extremely expensive, and there are too many particulate impurities to meet the ideal requirements. It is less used now. The second method is pretreatment (I .e. sand carbon filter + precision filter) + reverse osmosis + mixed bed process, which is currently the most widely used method, because the investment cost of reverse osmosis is not high, it can remove 90% of the ions in the added water, and the remaining ions are removed by mixed bed exchange, thus making the effluent conductivity about 5-10us/cm. This is currently the most popular method.
The third type: two-stage reverse osmosis method is adopted: the process is as follows: tap water → multi-media filter → activated carbon filter → softener → intermediate water tank → low pressure pump → precision filter → primary reverse osmosis → PH adjustment → mixer → secondary reverse osmosis (reverse osmosis membrane surface is positively charged) → pure water tank → pure water pump → microporous filter → water point;
The fourth type: the pretreatment uses reverse osmosis as the second method, except that the mixed bed used later uses EDI continuous salt removal membrane block instead, so that acid-base regeneration resin is not used, but electric regeneration. This completely makes the whole process pollution-free, and the treated water quality can reach more than 15M.
