※ working principle ※

There is a discharge hole in the lower part of the reaction kettle body, a stirrer in the kettle, and process pipe holes such as feeding, stirring, observation, temperature measurement, pressure measurement, steam extraction fractionation, safe venting, etc. are opened on the kettle cover. The heating coil is provided with pipe holes for entering and discharging oil (steam), temperature measurement and venting, which can be heated or cooled by steam, heat transfer oil and water. According to the material production requirements and user needs to determine the pressure, temperature, material, mixing device type, speed, sealing structure, heating mode and other design and manufacturing. The reactor has various specifications, and the volume ranges from 0.1 to 10 cubic meters under the pressure of 10MPa.

External coil reactor compared with ordinary jacketed reactor:
1. Spiral outer disc half tube design, reduce the wall thickness of the kettle body, improve the pressure capacity of the kettle body. (The wall thickness of the kettle body and the lower head is 37.5 and 50% thinner than the wall thickness according to the jacket design) is beneficial to improve the heat transfer efficiency. (It can not only improve the heat coefficient, but also reduce the thermal resistance)
2. Also applicable to cooling process.
It can also improve the flow rate of the medium in the coil, and the high-speed flow of the medium can effectively prevent the fouling of the inner surface of the jacket.
4. Save energy consumption (the ratio of jacket volume to half pipe volume is 8, reducing investment).
5. Reduce the overall diameter of the kettle body, which is conducive to the layout of the workshop.
6. Saving steel, the production process of the whole outer coil reactor is more complicated than that of the ordinary jacket reactor, which slightly increases the labor cost of the reactor manufacturer.
